Stretching your thoracic spine to help with lower back pain

Chronic lower back pain is  very complex with many causes and can be very difficult to treat.  One source of lower back pain can be from restrictions in thoracic rotational ability.  Since most of our thoracic mobility should come from our thoracic spine (and NOT our lumbar spine) it’s important to include a spinal rotational stretch in your exercise program.  Check out the video below to see a stretch I give out to many of my lower back pain patients.  Please let me know if you have any questions,
