How to treat Tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) with eccentric exercises, stretching, and trigger point work

As a Physical Therapist in sports crazy Bellingham, I see many upper arm and shoulder injuries.  Pain on the outside of your elbow is often called Tennis Elbow, since tennis players often experience this type of injury.  However, many people who don’t even own a racket can have this type of issue, officially called Lateral Epicondylitis. Tennis elbow can be challenging to treat, but with the correct eccentric exercises, stretching, and activity modification, it can be helped.  Check out the video below, leave me a comment if you have any questions, good luck!
