Playing basketball for the last 25 years  has been taxing on my knees at times, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world.  After having pain in both knees for about 6 months last year, I decided to take my own advise and started foam rolling my leg muscles daily. The daily rolling has helped to decrease the myofascial trigger point pain from the muscles around the knee.  It has had a tremendous positive effect on my knee pain.  I thought I would share how to do it with this video.
